
About Jephson Property Management
Jephson Property Management was founded by Ed Jephson as a natural extension of his work as a buying agent with Stacks Property Search. After helping clients find and secure their homes, Ed found himself increasingly asked to continue supporting them — looking after properties while they were vacant, coordinating trusted tradespeople for refurbishments and maintenance, and setting up reliable local teams for ongoing care, including gardeners, window cleaners, and housekeepers.

Based near Totnes, we provide a trusted, on-the-ground service across the South Hams, Dartmoor, and the wider South Devon region.

Ed and his wife, Grace, work closely together to deliver a highly responsive and personal approach to property care. This is not a high-volume, low-touch operation. We deliberately work with a small number of clients at any one time to ensure exceptional standards, swift response times, and that vital personal touch.

Our Fees
We charge a straightforward hourly rate of £50, which includes travel time.
A minimum charge of 2 hours per job typically applies.
For the oversight of works (e.g. a bathroom refurbishment), we charge 15% of the total project cost. We ensure the contractor holds valid Public Liability Insurance, and we’ll visit the site as often as needed to keep the work on track. We’re also on hand to make key decisions if you're unable to attend, and can arrange video calls where needed.
The contract for works will be directly between you (the homeowner) and the contractor. However, all invoices will be issued through Jephson Property Management and forwarded to you for payment.
