Our Fees

Hourly Rate:

• £50 per hour, including travel time

• Minimum charge: 2 hours per job

 

Project Oversight:

​

• 15% of the total project cost, covering:

  • Sourcing and coordinating contractors

  • Ongoing site visits to monitor progress

  • Making decisions on your behalf, where needed

  • Organising video calls and progress updates

 

The contract for any works is held directly between you and the contractor. However, all invoices are processed and forwarded via Jephson Property Management to ensure consistency and accountability.

We also verify that all contractors carry valid Public Liability Insurance.
